David Langdon of David Langdon Chartered Builders is the 7th generation of his family to run this building firm based in Ryde on the Isle of Wight.

The company has two defined areas of business:

The Chartered Building Division specialising in Domestic House Building, Extensions, Major Renovations & Heritage & Listed Conservation Work. Contracts size undertaken is between £10,000 to £500,000.

The Specialist Remedial Works Division undertakes the treatment for Damp Proof Courses, Replacement Wall Ties, Woodworm Infection and Wet & Dry Rot. All work comes with all relevant guarantees.

David Langdon Chartered Builders are members of the federation of Master Builders, the institute of Chartered Builders and directly employs 80% of their traditional tradesmen.
